Iyia extra virgin olive oil is intimately rooted in a family’s history. Their trees date back three generations and each one, of the Koroneiki variety, was hand planted in Armenii, Trifilia, in the Peleponese region of Greece.

Iyia uses traditional farming methods to cultivate their oil. Very little machinery is used in order to preserve the sacred soil and trees. Their process maintains the purity, acidity, as well as flavour of the oil. The flavour profile has a sharp, fruity taste with a light peppery flourish.
