Every day, 76 million Americans eat beef. As a Canadian-based company, we do our best to offer beef cuts for sale in order to keep up with our American neighbors. But where does all this beef even come from? Beef comes from steer, which are young neutered male cattle. The average steer weighs around 1,000 pounds, 450 of those pounds being edible meat. All our meat products are fresh, premium AAA grade, aged to perfection and sourced locally from Canadian farms. Doing this allows us to always have consistency for each beef product we sell. The beef cuts for sale we offer are also a great source of nutrients like zinc, phosphorus, and B vitamins.
