Ce classique du rago\u00fbt de boeuf est simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et plein de saveurs riches. Ajoutez les cubes de boeuf en plusieurs fois pour ne pas surcharger la marmite. Faites dorer la viande de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s (cela prendra environ 5-7 minutes). Une fois dor\u00e9, retirez le boeuf et r\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuire les aromates<\/strong>: Dans la m\u00eame marmite, ajoutez l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail hach\u00e9s. Faites-les cuire pendant environ 2-3 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019oignon devienne translucide. Ajoutez la p\u00e2te de tomates et faites cuire encore une minute pour bien enrob\u00e9e les l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mijoter le rago\u00fbt<\/strong>: Remettez le boeuf dans la marmite et versez le bouillon de boeuf. Grattez le fond de la marmite avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois pour d\u00e9coller les sucs (c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que toute la saveur se cache!). Ajoutez les carottes, les pommes de terre, le thym, et assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre. Portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuisson lente<\/strong>: Une fois que le rago\u00fbt est en \u00e9bullition, r\u00e9duisez la chaleur \u00e0 feu doux, couvrez la marmite, et laissez mijoter pendant 1 heure. Remuez de temps en temps et v\u00e9rifiez si la viande et les l\u00e9gumes sont tendres. Si n\u00e9cessaire, laissez mijoter encore un peu jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tout soit bien cuit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Servir et savourer<\/strong>: Une fois le rago\u00fbt pr\u00eat, go\u00fbtez-le pour ajuster l\u2019assaisonnement avec un peu plus de sel et de poivre si n\u00e9cessaire.
